Where the Wild Things Are Nursery Art available for purchase at Olive Burch Etsy Shop
This is not a DIY, but when I saw it, I knew I had to feature it. Even though it's a nursery print, I kinda want it in my living room. :)
You will not believe what this art is made of. Go check it out!! So easy!
This is beautiful. The end.
I just love this crisp, clean office. I have that expedit furniture and even though I knew it needed an update, now I really know it does. Inspired.
I cannot get over this fabulous idea. Those clips are truly made out of mouse traps. I mean, who would have thought?!
Genius wall makeover. So easy, too!

Fall Wedding Ideas-Rustic Dessert Table Inspiration

Hi friends! I really have missed you. I'm sorry I've been away so much. School has been keeping me busy as usual, but I've also been making some major decisions for my wedding coming up this fall. I've been doing a lot of weighing pros and cons on different vendors, researching, checking references, and evaluating and re-evaluating the budget. Exciting, but not fun details to really share with you guys! It's paying off because I'm getting to check more and more of my Wedding To-Do list, but unfortunately, between wedding planning, school, and sleep (a little anyway), I haven't had much time for creating or blogging! I've been dying to get in my craft room and just make something already!
In between sleep, work, and meeting with wedding vendors, I've also been planning the fun details of the wedding-like the dessert table. Since I'm not a huge cake-eater (I don't like most icing!), Matt and I decided a dessert table was more "us". We're planning on asking a few select friends and families to help with providing our favorite fall-themed treats instead of doing the big fancy cake. I think we'll do a small cake to use as a focal point on the table most likely, but it won't be the typical huge fancy cake you see at traditional weddings.

I hope you don't mind me sharing some of my wedding adventures. I thought I'd share something from this fun creative planning process once a month or so! If you missed my last post on wedding ideas, you can read it here

I haven't made any firm decisions about the actual design of the table, but I've had a great time researching ideas. Here are a few of my favorite inspiration tables!
Love everything on the wall and all the vintage wood. That crocheted lace overlay is great.
I'm a sucker for pretty desserts on pretty, unique furniture that creates a warm homey feel. Love.
Why don't I have this beautiful buffet table in my life? So sweet.
This simple dresser adds a lot of interest to this great small dessert table, too! I'm also loving those repurposed card catalog drawers!
Man, I love this pie table idea. I really love pie and all these pies of different sizes makes me really happy.
I love the custom art backdrop, the linens, and the crates that add height to some of the desserts. The tags are a nice touch, too!
That curtain backdrop is to die for. So simple and gorgeous. That table is crazy awesome, too.
I love the tulle backdrop and gold frames in this one.
Hey naked cake! Love it! I love the colors of this dessert table mostly. It's so pretty.
The tiny chalkboard frames with the script writing are great. I love the idea of writing the name of the dessert and what friend/family member made it.

I love that the dessert table will be fun, interesting, beautiful, and personal to us. Do you have any dessert table ideas I need to know about! I'd love for you to send them my way!
